NUMBER SHIELD PRIVACY POLICY

Number Shield does not collect any personal information.

Phone number patterns entered in the app are saved on your phone and are never transmitted or collected.

Number Shield might ask you for permission to access your contacts.  This enables the app to not block phone numbers in your contacts list that match any of your block patterns.  Your contacts are never transmitted or collected.

Number Shield might ask you for permission to make and manage phone calls, and to access your phone call logs.  These permissions are required in order for the app to block incoming calls.

When enabling Number Shield to filter SMS and MMS messages, iPhone may display a warning indicating that the app will have access to message content.  Number Shield only uses the sender's phone number to determine whether to block the message.  The app does not access the content of the message and does not transmit or collect this data.

Number Shield collects information about crashes and other basic analytics, such as how many times the app was launched.  This does not contain any personally identifiable information.

If you use the “Email support” option, the app might attach diagnostic information to the email.  This information includes your list of blocked number patterns.  It does not include any information about your contacts.
